Terms of service.

The terms of this demo store

Demonstration only. NOIR & ORE is a sample storefront used to demonstrate shopping-cart, checkout, and payment-simulation features. Product descriptions, prices, ratings, promotions, order references, and delivery estimates are illustrative.

No real transaction

Submitting checkout creates a temporary demo order confirmation only. It does not create a binding purchase, collect money, reserve stock, dispatch goods, or send an order email.

Payment simulation

Payment results are simulated locally. No payment gateway, bank, or card network is contacted. Never enter real card or banking credentials.

Production use

Before launching a real store, configure accurate business details, taxes, pricing, inventory, customer support, shipping, cancellations, returns, privacy disclosures, and a compliant payment provider. These sample terms are not legal advice.
